HOW WE WORK

Data Handling & Security Practices

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your account credentials and payment information. Your gameplay data is stored separately from personal details, so your lobbies and history cannot be linked to payment records…

Encryption Standard

All deposits via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and account logins use TLS 1.3 encryption. Your passwords are hashed with bcrypt, never stored in plain text.

Data Separation

Gameplay records and personal identity data sit in separate databases. Only your account owner ID links them, preventing cross-contamination.

Retention Period

We retain your account details for seven years post-closure to satisfy Know Your Customer rules. Before deletion, you can export all your data.

Cookie Management

Session cookies expire after 90 days without activity. Preference cookies (theme, language) refresh annually. Clear anytime via browser or account settings.

Third-Party Partners

Payment gateways Razorpay and PayU process deposits; fraud teams scan for abuse. All have signed data-protection agreements with h2so4.

Your Access Rights

Request a copy of your data, correct wrong details, or ask us to delete your account anytime. Responses are provided within 14 days via your registered email.

Privacy & Your Account Questions

We ask for your full name, email, mobile number, date of birth, and address to verify your identity. This information is required by Indian financial regulations so we can process your deposits and withdrawals securely.

Yes. We never store your full UPI ID, Paytm account number, or PhonePe details. Payment processors handle those securely. We only keep transaction IDs and amounts for your receipt and withdrawal history.

Absolutely. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Download My Data. We'll email you a ZIP file with your account details, transaction history, and gameplay logs within 72 hours.

We retain account records for seven years after closure to comply with Indian tax and anti-money-laundering regulations. You can request earlier deletion, but some records must be kept for compliance.

Only you and our fraud-detection team (automated systems plus compliance staff) can view your data. We never sell it to third parties. Support staff see only what's necessary to help you.

Cookies are small files that remember your login, language preference, and theme choice. They expire after 90 days of inactivity. You can disable them in your browser, but you'll need to log in each time you visit.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. We'll remove all personal data within 30 days, except records legally required for tax and compliance purposes.
